You were right, it was a broken download, now it doesn't appear anymore.

Hi there, i have encountered this problem so many times already and it annoys me like hell, because i am used to see notifications when such visual showings are happening.
The problem:
Every time when i download something, it will show me in the top right screen, right ?
And when it finished downloading, is still downloading or when i have downloaded the specific thing, the Opera GX browser will change the colour from transparent around the "O" to the nontransparent and fully red to announce you that the download is finished/in progress or started. It looks like this:
Well, the thing is that the red area doesn't turn transparent back and it stays red until you open it again.
This might be a bug/glitch or none of them, but a problem or setting i don't see, if so, please let me know.
