@firuz-u7: Under the O-button and then 'History', you can find the 10 most recently closed tabs and windows. The functionality should be the same as you had in the tab menu before. Let us know if you're missing anything.
On Mac, this can be found under the 'History' top-level menu.

This will be fixed as soon as Opera releases its next stable release.
But until that time, you can downgrade by installing http://launchpadlibrarian.net/345863538/chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra_62.0.3202.94-0ubuntu0.16.04.1317_amd64.deb to have it work with the current Opera version.
