So, I recently had to reset my PC to an older version because of a settings error. After doing that, I opened Opera as usual and saw that there was nothing. No bookmarks, no search history, nothing. I tried synchronizing, but to no avail. I had 200+ bookmarks, all lost
Please tell me, or guide me, on if and how could I recover my bookmarks, and my pre-filled account data/search history

I recently switched to another device. I was trying to get the same settings as I had in my previous device, but I can't seem to figure out how to make the extension icons appear at the top right as shown in the pic.

Do note that I've searched settings using keywords like 'hide' or 'bar' but found nothing to enable it. For the note, I'm using the GX version.
