Yes, absolutely, this could be very useful! What's the point of tab syncing anyways without having them in their respective workspaces?
I doesn't make any sense to just sync unorganized tabs in the //activity view. The workspaces, which are currently syncing empty to a new device, should also be instantly populated with their corresponding synced tabs, if such an option is chosen.
