Can do anything. Can't even tell what the pin is. Mouse over does not give the URL, just says "Loading"

Thank you for the reply. Nothing appears but a blank page. When you mouse over any of them, it says "Loading"

Upon going to my Opera browser today, all of my pinned tabs are no longer accessible. In the past even after reboots, when I open Opera my pinned tabs are present and accessible. No they are all greyed out. (See screenshot) is there anyway to get these back?
