Installer "No Network Connection" on Mac 15.5
I see some help threads on this same issue going back a few years. For a basic web browser, it's super bonkers this is even a thing.

Troubleshooting steps:
1. Offline installer? Can't find it. Bonkers requirement.
2. Enable VPN to install? Bonkers idea.
3. ??
Anybody know how to resolve this? And why it's still an issue in 2025?
