so don't matter what site if i change the css then next time i open dev tools it automatically changes! literally so f****** annoying!, i had to use edge!!!..................., Edge!!!!!, not really sure why its doing it! also when I'm in dev if i do a hard refresh it wont load the page at all just shows all the changes the browser is trying to make!
