@leocg nevermind, I stayed up just to mess with opera and found out it was the browser "Theme Sounds". Thank you for your help though

For some reason the browser keep emitting this background sound, somewhat like a whale(?). There are sounds when typing or doing certain things like closing windows as well. How do I disable this? It's so frustrating, can someone help me?

I have been trying to search for sound settings but there is only site setting. Please help T-T
