I finally succeeded, it was Windows security that was blocking me. I installed Defender UI.
Then I was able to add an exclusion (C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera) and now Opera opens the Outlook links. Thank you for your help

Hello, Edge and Firefox open the links well, but Opera does not want to, I have the impression that my Windows security antivirus is the one blocking it.

Hello, for several months I have no longer been able to open the links of my Outlook email with opera which is my default browser.

Note that I tried with Firefox and Edge, it works well.
