Yep - I know - but I don’t pin them - sometimes when I have a lot of tabs open, one or two end up over there. Can I switch this off so it never happens?

Anyone know how to switch off the small square tab that appears on the top left of the screen when I've got a few tabs open. Not sure what triggers it and I don't need it.
