I have a different opera "style" than my friend on mac. (im windows, is this the same for other windows 11?)

How i fixed it?
task manager > windows explorer (m2) > restart tab

I have a Laptop (1) and a USB-C linked monitor (2)
I put opera into (2) and it isnt really fully there. there is a tiny little box of nothingness there,
and if you are wondering, no, i cant see the taskbar. it is the size of a taskbar, though..
please help, i really just want my full opera gx back
