Ever since the newest update to Opera, websites with dark themes are not having their own custom scrollbars and/or dark-theme scrollbars displayed properly. They appear to be overridden by Opera's light-themed scrollbar instead.
This is happening on Discord, Imgur, YouTube, literally everwhere. It's intensely ugly and extremely frustrating. I've included an image of the Discord appearance as an example.
