I noticed the last versions are not showing the horizontal scrollbar

I have a monitoring system that needs to load a large image
the vertical scrollbar is ok
the horizontal scrollbar is not showed, the I need to "guess" where to click do drag it

in the earlier versions of Opera, the bar was visible inside the horizontal scrollbar
now Opera doesn't show the bar, but it's there, because I can drag it, but I have to guess where it's currently in
