@leocg why my opera gx wont turn on it sends me to a white screen and says opera gx is not responding

Hello you reacently started to give away free discord nitro but when i tryed to claim it for the first time it said that i claimed it already but i dont have the nitro features at all soo please can you help me to get it to work.
