Thanks for trying to help. Hopefully next version will be going to open on my galaxy note3 again.
Sync : is it mandatory to sync the bookmarks with a computer ? was always logged into my opera acount when i used opera on my smartphone. opera sync/link was also always on but never synced with a computer since the smartphone is the only device i use. so by logging into my opera acount on any computer will show the bookmarks i originaly stored on my note3 ?

just updated to newest version yesterday through play store - since then opera does not open any more. would not hesitate and install new if i had not about 180 bookmarks stored. any idea what would the best practise in this case ?
(btw i m running opera on a a galaxy note 3 with about 11GB free storage..)

using opera for android browser version 28.0.1754.90386 , for some resaon one of my favourite websites shows only the mobile version in opera browser. checked the settings menu - unfortunately it seems there is no way to change back to the formerly used desktop version (can not change user agent). i prefer desktop view of all websites in browser since i got a big smphone display - is there any workaround for that case ?

thanks for your advice. Will try out with opera for desktop in an internetcafe - since i am mostly travelling with my smartphone the one and only device i use. With this workaround l can go on with using only one device for saving/sycing my bookmarks.

H, i m using version 28.0 but unfortunately i can not find my bookmarks i saved on my smartphone in my online opera link acount - need this feature as a backup for my bookmarks.
And, yes i m logged in my acount on my smartphone (its the only advice i m using)

if i would loose my smartphone could i log in my opera acount i.e. in a pc in an internetcafe and would find all my bookmarks in my opera acount?
(please remember : my smartphone is my only device)

Hi, Hi, got 2 querys, please :

1.) if i gonna update my opera for android browser to the newest version - what is going to happen with all the bookmarks i safed in my actual opera version ? (19.0.1340.69721)

2.) any chance to "s a f e" all my current and future bookmarks in my opera.com acount? will be thankful for suggestions on any alternative where to safe them - just the idea of loosing my smartphone with all these nonsaved bookmarks scares me- ! since this is the only device i use ! ...
