Guys I have the answer! I am also from Texas and have this problem, the answer is we just don't use Aria, we use Chat GPT, or just don't use aria at all.

@semfreak In all serious, If you enable Opera's built in VPN and enable all the settings it lets it work for me being in Texas, I hope this helps.
