I have several browser windows open on multiple monitors at any given time. After the update (100.0.4815.31) I've been having an issue with minimized windows moving to the foreground for no obvious reason.

Sometimes it happens immediately after minimizing them, sometimes it it wont do it for hours. There doesn't seem to be any specific action I'm taking or key combination being pressed that prompts it. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with when the page was loaded, or any specific site. They just move to the foreground and steal focus. It often happens with multiple windows popping into the foreground, but sometimes it's just 1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated because this is driving me crazy.

@leocg Are you saying it moved to foreground when the page updated, or do you mean after an update?

This happens with pages that have already been loaded. Even if there is something refreshing on the page, I can't imagine anyone wants it to just jump out in front of everything.

You said "used to" did you find a fix?

If it is intended to be a feature is there a way to disable it in the settings, config, etc...?

In the middle of a meeting a random youtube video just started playing. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from and eventually just had to kill Opera and rejoin the meeting.

@taymallah The issue is. Windows randomly jump to the foreground which move focus away from what I'm doing, like writing/designing/etc... that is what is driving me crazy.

@donq I've set "quieter" notifications since I don't want to block notifications on all sites. I'll update if this seems to have solved the problem but it may be difficult since the issue itself isn't something I can simply replicate, I just have to wait and see if Opera does its thing.
