Why Opera mobile apps don't have tap group/island ?

why brave app have this and opera app don't? it window version have something like this

@leocg again not the window version, but the Android version. the Aria in android versions doesn't have any upload/ button for uploading picture, document and etc. in opera android version 84.6.4452.81734
