No matter the desired feature.
Everything involving an Opera account has problems with disconnections, synchronization errors and all of this occour no mather the scenario, equipment, connection, etc.
Im a SI professional and i have several companies as clients, so i have already seen the problems that im reporting in several different scenarios.
I tryed clear the cache, restored settings, reinstalled Opera, tried on Win11, then on Win10, with firewall, without firewall, with antivirus, without antivirus, with vpn, without vpn, etc.
Nothing works. Its buggy and instable.
And from what I researched here in the forum, there are countless repeated or similar problems that are never resolved.
1- The opera account only logon if any type of VPN is disabled. I'm referring to Opera VPN, VPN Express, NordVPN, Proton VPN, Surfshark VPN, PIA, etc.
No matter what platform you choose to use, you need to disable the VPN to successfully log in and this applies to both desktops and smartphones.
2- My Flow: As it also depends on login and synchronization, numerous problems have already been reported by dozens of users who are unable to log in correctly.
3 - After a long battle, when successful logon, the account loses connection and synchronization without any reason. If you connect and start using any VPN, this will certainly happen faster.
4- Several features that promise synchronization, do not synchronize. Example: Tabs, passwords, etc.
So I would like to propose a reflection with users so that the development team becomes aware and adopts a new approach to synchronization.
