При запуске оперы выходит предупреждение от Аваста о прерванном подключении с сайтом. Угроза - malvertising. Как это убрать? Скриншот прилагается

Every time when I am starting Opera, a notification from my antivirus appears. It says "safely terminated the connection to miratom.com due to an infection". I do not know how to remove this stuff so it will not appear no more.
