In downloads page https://www.opera.com/download, link for opera developer snap package leads to same page, than normal vanilla opera. Is that a feature?

Is there any chance that we'll get rpm package for fedora?
There's troubles to convert debian package to rpm using alien, so it's not possible right now to install Opera One on fedora. Other linux support will also be nice to see, especially in this time where Russia is cut from other world, many companies move to linux..
