I wonder why developer didn't include bookmark manager? That's weird from other browsers. By the way, what's different between opera stable and opera developer?

I just installed and using Opera 24. I see that it stable and really fast than other browsers. But one thing that make me disappoint is that I can't found bookmark manager. Also, don't know how to import bookmark file from other browser. Could anyone tell me how to do it?
