As far as I can tell it does block Twitch ads. The only ads it can't block are ads that are included as part of the stream. Any ads that will appear on the page can and should be blocked.

That is a weird issue indeed. Does the happen with any other ad blocker or just Ad Block Plus? Have you disabled the native Ad Blocker built into Opera? Do you have the latest version of Opera? Have you tried disbling all other extensions? I don't know what else to try.

The best ad blocker I've ever used, and I've been using Ad Block Plus for about a decade or more.
