i think its been years now Opera website is not accessible in my region or country (Egypt) internet provider Orange Egypt.
using Proxy im able to access and make this question and installing Opera
using the browser itself after installing seems fine no need for Proxy or VPN it works normal
but still no idea about why im unable to browse Opera website without a Proxy service
