Will there be a solution to the problem?

"After switching to Opera from Firefox I started getting bunch of "scoped_dir" folders in my Downlods as well as on my desktop. After searching around what the hell even is this and I came across forum and blog posts from 2016 about it. And to this date, it still hasn't been fixed. How can there be some broken thing that is widely reported by people and not being fix after 1+ year?" 2017
Really? 2016 year. Topics are closed. Problems not resolved.
