Translator and V7 are not the only extensions that no longer work in the sidebar. Bitwarden and all of the extensions that previously worked in both the menu bar and the sidebar no longer work in the sidebar. The only ones that still work are the sidebar-only extensions. The people at Bitwarden see the problem but say that they have heard nothing about a change to Opera that would make it happen. Reverting to Opera version 77.0.4054.277 fixes the problem, but I cannot keep the program from auto-updating.

@dahotfunk I think that version 79 of Opera fixes this. At least I have had no trouble with the Bitwarden extension in the Opera sidebar since I upgraded to version 79.0.4143.66.
