Its not their but before it was and opera is using 20% cpu so ya
also i did reinstall opera to fix it and it did not work.

i dont know how to enable them and how to find the setting

@leocg Yes im using opera gx for windows

So what happens is i dont know how to access the opera cpu and ram limiter i tried uinstalling and everything pls help
