for some reason even with the older model, the windows have shrunk and the wallpaper pic is cut off at the bottom of the screen, when it use to show the entire wallpaper. please fix.

it was working fine yesterday for me and today when i logged in......no desktop for win10. how can i fix this? because I have tried everything and what worked yesterday isn't working today and it's very very frustrating.
