Thanks leocg and sgunhouse for your responses. I meant trackpad when I went keypad, so I think the relevant shortcuts would be for a mouse wheel which is simulated by some gesture on the trackpad. And I can't find where to disable that.

I disabled mouse and rocker gestures as well as advanced keyboard shortcuts long ago.

Opera keeps changing the zoom level when I am trying to scroll through sites. It's extremely irritating. I switched back to Opera as my default browser a year or two ago but this is so grating I'm considering jumping ship.
