thing is happening to me. So people in other threads that are blaming Windows are wrong. It's Opera's fault. Every other browser I try works fine.

@muizzs: it's acting weird for me today too. It's been suspending tabs of whitelisted domains. It never did this before. Maybe a new version of Opera broke it?
@leocg Yet many, many people continue to have problems. It randomly goes away for me and then boom, the next Opera update it's broken again.
This is a problem you guys need to fix and stop passing the buck. This is only an Opera bug.

Guys, it's not a Windows problem. I have Linux (Ubuntu 18) and am having the same issue.
This should be the #1 priority for Opera. Nobody wants a browser that can't play videos in 2019. That's embarrassing.
