It's really annoying to see force opened page "Opera has been updated" with Opera's news every time I launch the browser the first time a day. Can you remove it? Also that square in a middle of the screen for a few seconds is cringe, without it it was better.

All my bookmarks and passwords for ~five is gone.
Opera Synk page is empty.
I just reinstalled windows and don't know what to do.
