Same issue here 4 months later.

I spent A LOT of time looking for how the sync feature works only to notice that should be a "Tabs" button on the sidebar but it doesn't exist

PS: I dont know any "menu route" or keyboard shortcut so, in the practical, that window simply does not exist in the app. I can open sync tab only by the "tab menu (ctrl+m) but ....
