@darthgtb Could not agree more. Having a search bar in the Speed Dial thingy, without being able to change its engine is... so very 1996

Update notificationOpera for Mac
Opera 102.0.4880.46 on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G14042).
Since yesterday, several times during browsing sessions, I receive an update notification:
"New version 102.0.4880.46 is available. Please download and install it."
This - obviously - does not make any sense, but I go to Update & Recovery anyway, check for update.
Result:
"Your version is 102.0.4880.46
Opera is up to date"So... What gives?

RE: [Solved]Opera Keeps ReopeningOpera for Mac
Extra information.
From the system log:
Oct 8 19:05:35 Opera[2125]: BUG in libdispatch client: kevent[mach_recv] monitored resource vanished before the source cancel handler was invoked.

RE: [Solved]Opera Keeps ReopeningOpera for Mac
Same problem here.
Tried with and without extensions, fresh profile, no dice.
Running High Sierra 10.13.6 on a mid-2011 iMac, the latest Opera download will not install, since it needs a more recent version of MacOS.
Therefore, a reinstall is not an option.

I second the suggestions,
On top of that it would be great if we could change the font size.

built-in ad blockerOpera for Mac
I am starting to wonder how the built-in ad-blocker works, and here's why:
I am browsing a website and the icon tells me 2 ads are being blocked (therefore my site also loads 63% faster in the test that compares loading the site with and without ads).
So far, so good one would say, right?
No, not right! I am browsing my own website and I am absolutely, positively and damned sure I am not running any ads.
So... what's up, Opera?
