I suggest to add an ability to use any search engine as default one not only pre-defined ones

I want change my default search engine to brave search but when I add it as Search on the Site and then press three dots, button Make as default is grey and I cant press it, is there some way to add brave search to the list of default search engines and then make it default search engine?
