@jonaballen meanwhile I switched to Brave and have never been happier. It was nice while it lasted Opera (well, except for this deal killer of an issue at the time). Unfortunately nobody comes remotely close to the built in content filters in Brave.

I am running into the same issue. I'd like to make the switch to opera but this is a huge deal killer.
