Frames: open in new tab, copy address

Sometimes sites embed others, while you really want them in a new tab. It would be helpful if, for frames, "open in new tab" would be available from right-click menu.
Copy address should refer to the embedded frame, not the one in the address bar.

Martin (author of SmartRSS) made extension for those situations, but it didn't publish it on Opera addons store
if you want to test it (you need to download it, and then drag NEX file on Opera to install it)
