Setting a notes folder inside bookmarks

I know there is the new sidebar and notes extensions for it, but wouldn't it be better and easier to have an option when you select some text like "send to notes" and special way to view that folder similar to speed dial.

So will have like a new option along side speed dial, bookmarks, discover and history for notes. ^^
