Add download dialog. Its much better to have download dialog insted just save everything. Lots of files you dont need to save, you just need to run them and after that you dont need them anymore.
Files you just need to run will be saved to temporaly folder so you dont have to care about them anymore and if you need to save files you just click save and choice the path.

Hehe I haven't followed that forum for a while but as I see, that option is still missing for no reasson.
@airforce: You can even find ppl here who defending hard that lack of "save" so...

I'm not a nuOpera user yet. However, when I become such, I'd like to see it nice.
