Second tab flashes

every time I'm opening up Opera, I always have at least 2 tabs open and it seems every time I open the second tab, the whole thing starts to flash very quickly. I can't make it stop unless I close the tab and even opening the tab back up doesn't help. I'm lucky to not have any epilepsy as the flashing is strobe like. I haven't seen anyone with this problem yet, but I hope it gets fixed rather quickly.
