Split screen partition (explicit border) + Popout - Popin

Split screen is quite a good addition.

1. But there is no highlighter between the screens. A small explicit margin/boundary/partition will add more to the feature.

2. A popup and popin feature will make it more usable. if there are too many screens in a split, one can just popout one and then back popin to its original place, like in Emacs windows.
