Feature Request: Drag-and-Drop Sidebar Reordering

Please add the ability to drag and drop icons in the Opera GX sidebar so users can arrange them in any order they want.

This would be especially useful for custom site panels such as Facebook, Threads, and other websites added to the sidebar. Right now, users have very limited control over the order of sidebar items.

Ideally, we could simply click and hold any sidebar icon, then drag it up or down to the desired position.

This would make the sidebar much easier to organize and customize.
