Debian and Ubuntu have preferred new format for repository declaration.
We should not use "opera.list" file and use this "opera.sources" instead:

Types: deb
URIs: https://deb.opera.com/opera-stable/
Suites: stable
Components: non-free
Signed-By: /etc/apt/keyrings/opera-browser.gpg
