[Duplicated]Opera VPN not available at this moment

Hi:
From the end of the past week the Opera VPN is not able to connect saying "is not available at this moment. Opera is solving this issue".
Am I the only one with this issue? Apparently is able in the Opera app in my cell.
My OS is Linux Mint. -

For me, on Windows, Opera VPN has suddenly stopped working on v132 On August 21. Going back to v131 - not working. Now, Opera VPN is working if you have v135 or v136.
Nobody from Opera Team cares about that - threads remain unanswered:

Thank you for your reply, and apologizes if thi topic is duplicated, I saw all the recent topics and I didn't find a similar one.
My Opera version was 133, and I updated it via deb package to 135. In 135 version the Opera app even couldn't be openned so I had to come back to 133 although I can't use the VPN.
Is clear something is happening with Opera, is not normal to update its package and loose the hability to open it. -

By the way, the VPN, when you try to enable it with Europe location, it gives this error:
[5082:5090:0827/110415.934248:ERROR:net/socket/ssl_client_socket_impl.cc:944] handshake failed; returned -1, SSL error code 1, net_error -150
