[Suggestion] Add a “Personalize Your GX” setup on first launch

I have a suggestion that could make the first-time experience with Opera GX better, especially for new users.
GX has a lot of great features — RAM Limiter, CPU Limiter, GX Corner, Sidebar, integrations, sounds, animations, themes, mods, and more. However, someone opening GX for the first time may not know what these features do, or even realize that some of them exist.
Instead of removing these features, what if the first launch opened a “Personalize Your GX” page?
For example:
Personalize Your GX
Opera GX comes with many features designed to customize your experience. Choose which ones you want to use.Performance — RAM Limiter, CPU Limiter
Appearance — themes, wallpapers, animations and sounds
Integrations — Discord, Twitch, etc.
Content — GX Corner, news and offers
Extra features — Sidebar, Mods and more[Customize] [Use Default Settings]
Each feature could have a short explanation, and users could be told that they can change their choices later in Settings.
I think this would fit GX really well because it wouldn't remove what makes Opera GX unique. Instead, it would give users more control over their experience.
Rather than a new user thinking:
“Why are there so many things here?”
They could think:
“Wait, I can choose exactly how I want my GX to work.”
Basically: don't remove the features — make them easier to discover and personalize.
I think this could be a great way to introduce new users to everything GX has to offer without overwhelming them on their first launch.
