skip forward/backward option on video pop-out

I really love the Video Popout feature in Opera. However, it is currently missing a way to easily skip backward or forward by a few seconds.

please consider adding standard "Skip 5 seconds backward" and "Skip 5 seconds forward" control buttons directly on the floating window. This would make it much easier to quickly rewatch a missed detail or skip ahead without having to go back to the original browser tab to control the video.
