Show Volume booster all the time

I really like the tab volume booster feature you've added. Could it be updated to show on every tab, all the time?
On long videos it works fine since it stays visible until I pause or mute. But for notifications, the icon only shows for about a second before disappearing which is annoying.. barely enough time to click it. Having it always available on all tabs would be an awesome thing!
