Two extension updates have been pending moderation for weeks/months

Hello Opera Add-ons team,
I’m contacting you because updates for two of my extensions have been stuck at “Awaiting moderation” for an unusually long time.
The first extension is LeanTabs – Smart Tab & Workspace Manager:
- Slug: leantabs-smart-tab-workspace-manager
- ID: pcaeefcdoimnihjkgllacdnjoolmioh
- Current submitted update: v1.2.1
- Status message: “LeanTabs - Smart Tab & Workspace Manager v1.2.1 was submitted. Awaiting moderation.”
The second extension is LeanPrompts Studio
- Slug: leanprompts-studio
- ID: akecgcjphmjpfclpjnbapnjkclmpjfm
- Current submitted update: v1.0.3
- Status message: “LeanPrompts Studio v1.0.3 was submitted. Awaiting moderation.”
Both extensions were originally published successfully, but none of the later updates have ever been reviewed — only the initial submission of each add-on appears to have gone through. I always update the already published add-on in the developer portal, upload the current ZIP file, add the change notes, and submit it normally.
Could someone please check whether these updates are still in the queue, or let me know if any additional action is required on my side? If there is a policy or technical reason why updates are not being reviewed, I’d appreciate knowing so I can fix it.
