For Speed Dial folders, put 3 dots on the right

For 'folders' in Speed Dial, the 3 dots should be on the right of the name to clear the folder's links view, and clicking directly on one link would immediately open the link, not the folder. To use the ones that don't show in the first four, open the folder by clicking on the folder's name.
Quite simple to implement, and even more simple to use.
