Blacklist sites for mouse gestures

Mouse gestures are great! But on some websites they cause trouble. In my case, that is on CAD websites, where you rotate the view while clicking the right mouse button. I could imagine this is also a problem for browser games.
I would like to blacklist whole domains for mouse gestures.
Probably, the rocker gesture should also be disabled for a domain if blacklisted for mouse gestures.
