Opera Mini Android CyanogenMod update issues

Since Google started annoying me enormously with there One account. All services Google approach, which is not only breaking the law, but also complete nonsense for being easy for customers in the end, because Google pushes a enormous amount of pop-ups for updates and upgrades on any Android Device, and asking multiple times consent again, and pushes and combines services I don't want or need. Easy for them. An insult to users.

So Android became Android AOSP here, no more Google play (which started to ask about my creditcard daily), I don't miss that at all.

Luckily Opera is offering their products outside the Play-store nowadays.

But the latest version for Mini claims it is not the latest version, that's a bit confusing:

Why is that?
